Excellent customer care!
Jake helped me exchange my theatre tickets due to two of our party having COVID. He was very helpful and offered various alternatives, pointing out the additional costs and getting us the best possible seats at a different performance. He was polite, courteous and made sure everything I needed was done.

Well done lovetheatre! You have an amazing customer service employee in Jake W. I panicked when a rail strike was announced for the day we were going to London to see the Drifter show. Very quickly Jake sorted an exchange for us. He was polite, helpful and efficient. A very positive experience and I look forward to buying tickets from you again

Customer Service is so much better when you can talk to a real person
I had a ticket for Thursday's matinee performance of the Drifters, but I've got Covid and wanted to change to another date. Sent an email to LoveTheatre Customer Service and received the standard email 'we received your request and will be in contact within 10 days'. I was reading it and thinking "oh, come on...." and my phone rang. It was Matthew from Customer Service! He was really nice and helpful. I have my new ticket and am looking forward to seeing the play in August. It is so much easier when you can talk to a human ! Well done, Love Theatre for keeping traditional customer service alive.

Excellent service, thank you for changing our tickets as we were unable to attend the new dates that were offered to us after the pandemic caused delays. We are also very much looking forward to attending Sister Act The Musical with the cast now to include the fabulous Beverley Knight!

Rubbish Customer Service
I bought 6 Tickets for the lion king but made a mistake thought I had got seats in stalls.
I contacted them and was told that I could exchange them.
However after several email exchanges I gave up as this Guy called Matthew Wanted to charge Me over £600 pounds when the price should have been £540.
Think he needs to work on his Maths and his customer service
On top of all this the ticket prices are Inflated and then they give you discount promo to make it look like you get a great deal .
I will never use them again and will tell My friends/ family not to use them should have listened to My Son He told Me to use ATG
Exchange of tickets - speedy response
Ticket booking was straightforward. Had to exchange tickets due to Covid. Within an hour of submitting my request for an exchange my tickets were exchanged in similar seats and no extra charge. Very impressed with how fast my enquiry was handled. Thank you!

I purchased a Gift Voucher on line as a Birthday present for someone who lives in Liverpool and only afterwards realised that it only covered London theatres. I wrote and asked if I could be refunded and was promptly assisted by Matthew who agreed to refund me. Very impressed with the level of customer service and would not hesitate to recommend the Company. Well done Love Theatre.
